Kids classes - aimed at 5-11 years old. Kids aged 10-14 are also encouraged to train at additional *KIDS 10+* sessions to gain a deeper understanding of techniques. Read MORE >

Open Mat - Gi & NoGi, time to drill or practice new techniques. It is hosted by the highest belt available. It's FREE! - There is no cost for this session, but you must book your space via the App, using an "Open Mat Credit" and sign the waiver* BOOK HERE >

All students and guests must adhere to the BAD DOG BJJ Club Safety & Conduct Guidelines, Mat Rules and sign the Waiver / book classes in advance via the club app

*Members with Unlimited Access can book without an Open Mat Credit. Members with 10 class passes, Starter Packs or Tourist Packs need to use an "Open Mat credit" otherwise you will lose a normal credit.
